Justs doing some research on culturally responsive classrooms

After we're done with college I know it's going to be impossible to recall everything we've gone over, but here is another post on a different blog, National Equality Project, that discusses briefly 5 ways to create a culturally responsive classroom.

  1. I really like this blog, I think it focuses on five of the most important things that we should we remember to bring into our classroom. This would be good to have on hand as a quick reference and reminder for who we are striving to be as teachers.-Chrisitne

Add to blog in a sincere and thoughtful manner. You may provide outside links for classmates, photos, music, reflections on class experiences, and more as long as these postings are directly tied to either my posted prompt AND/OR class topics/readings. The language may be informal "blog lingo" as long as your efforts are sincere and well tied to our purpose with the course.
